The Technology Impact Program (TIP) is funded by the Oregon Public Utilities Commission (PUC) via the State Broadband Data and Development initiative. TIP supports the technology-enabled delivery of counseling, resources, and training to small businesses throughout the state.
TIP increases the digital literacy of small business owners, and assists businesses in effectively implementing technology to improve operations. The OSBDC Network Office coordinates the statewide effort. Individual Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) will develop and deliver TIP services. The approved projects are managed by the TIP Program Coordination Team.
