AGENDA
Purpose:
1. Provide prospective contractors information regarding contractor licensing requirements in Oregon.
2. Participants will leave the workshop with the knowledge necessary to accurately complete the CCB application and licensing process, and successfully obtain a CCB license in a reasonable amount of time and to provide information on how to have a successful and prosperous construction business.
Workshop:
The 90-minute workshop is designed to un-complicate contractor licensing requirements and assist Oregonians thinking about obtaining a CCB license to take the next step to obtaining a CCB license. CCB staff will discuss the process involved in becoming licensed including:
Choosing a business entity and CCB license endorsement; License, bonding and insurance requirements, and Pre-licensure education and testing requirements.
