Better Practice Guide to Implementation of Programme and Policy Initiatives

The CIU, together with the Australian National Audit Office (ANAO), has produced a Better Practice Guide to Implementation of Programme and Policy Initiatives. The ANAO assists the Auditor-General to provide an independent view of the performance and financial management of public sector agencies and bodies. The ANAO has developed a range of Better Practice Guides, which outline a series of better practice elements that, if adopted, will encourage more efficient and effective achievement of organisational goals and objectives.
