The public consultation phase of the Taskforce is now open.

The Taskforce aims to make it easier and cheaper for ICT businesses to contract with the Australian Government, and to deliver better government services at a lower cost. The Taskforce wants your feedback on how to improve innovation in government through better ICT procurement.

Visit the ICT Procurement Taskforce consultation page where you can find:

  • an overview of government ICT procurement and
  • submission portal for members of the public to have their say.

The formal submission period will close on 31 January 2017 and the Taskforce will provide a report to Government in early 2017.
