You will be asked to provide information to the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet as part of the registration process. It is kept on a departmental database and used to plan the meeting and communicate with you. It will be used by Federal and State security agencies and police to carry out security checks.

Your e-mail address will be used to inform you of meeting arrangements and correspond with you about meeting outcomes, and to advise you on matters of interest to your community. In addition, your e-mail address will be added to the e-mail subscription service on the Prime Minister's website at www.pm.gov.au to enable you to receive further communications from the Australian Government. If you do not wish to receive these communications, you may follow the ‘unsubscribe’ instructions at the end of any email you receive from this service.

Following the meeting a transcript of the public forum, including all questions and answers will be published on the PM&C website.

If you are applying for a one-on-one meeting your information will be supplied to Federal minister's offices and departments so that they can select meetings and prepare briefing material.

Please note that the event will be filmed and photographed for publication on Australian Government websites and the Prime Minister's social media sites.

It is a condition of attendance at the meeting that you supply the requested information and that you agree to the use of the information as described.
