This online guide will help you find your way
around the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet Annual
Report 2002-03.
The report on performance is based on the outcome and output
structure published in the Portfolio Budget Statements, 2002-03.
A performance report is provided for each individual output. Features of the report
Financial Statements
The audited financial statements for the year ending
30 June 2002 are available in PDF format. The financial
statements contain bookmarks
that allow you to move quickly and easily between the financial
statements and notes without having to scroll down or open

The compliance
index directs readers to information set out
in the PM&C Requirements for Annual Reports. Download and printing

report is available for download as a Portable
Document Format (PDF)
file that can be viewed offline.
PDF is the best format
for printing. The report is available as a single PDF document
or as individual parts. The PDF files contain bookmarks that
allow you to move quickly and easily through
the document without having to
scroll down or open new documents.
Navigation Various navigation tools are provided to allow easy access
to the report. These include: Navigation bar (at top of screen)
Use the links provided to go to main sections of

The 'previous' and 'next' links allow you to move back or forward

Accessibility
In order to make the online annual report accessible to the largest
possible audience, this report has been developed in accordance
with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines of the World
Wide Web Consortium (W3C). This site uses Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
To reduce download times for users with slow connections to the
internet, PDF files have been provided for individual sections
of the report, and thumbnails have been provided to larger images.
If you have any difficulty accessing the report, please contact

Changing the text size and colours
Cascading Style Sheets allow you to change the text size and
colours for viewing the online report if you need to, using
the viewing
preferences of your browser. Netscape Navigator
4 is not compliant with W3C standards. This affects only the
appearance of the online report, not its content or functionality.
We recommend that if you use
Netscape Navigator 4 you print from the PDF files, and consider
viewing the report in a later version browser if possible.
