Who Do We Serve?

The Oregon Small Business Development Center Network (OSBDCN) provides our services to anyone who owns, operates or is considering starting a business in Oregon. We work with businesses in every industry and at every stage of growth from start-ups to well-established companies, from one employee to 500. Through 19 Centers around the state, we offer no-cost confidential advising plus trainings, online courses and programs covering a wide range of business topics.

How Much Does It Cost?

Through 19 Centers around the state, the Oregon Small Business Development Center Network (OSBDCN) provides confidential, one-to-one advising at no cost to Oregon businesses and to Oregonians that are starting a new business.

And how do we deliver top quality services without charging you? We’re funded by the US Small Business Administration, the Oregon Business Development Department and our host community colleges and universities.
